When writing to us, please include:

  • The email address or Telegram ID you used when ordering.
  • A brief description of the issue or request.
  • Your Stripe payment reference or receipt number, if relevant.
Important: Please do not send sensitive personal documents (passports, ID cards, residence permits) unless specifically requested by our support team. We will never proactively ask for your official government documents.
